I leave 0 stars we order online and 2 hours later order still not ready first and last time we come here and I recommend no one to go there either
The employee only said to me "I can't take your order now" with a really stupid look so I went to Benny's where I had very good service.

I've already given this restaurant one last chance several times, it's impossible to get an exact order, there's always an error or a missing item, not to mention the delivery time which is for the most part a horribly long time for a quarter leg. (and we're still lucky when the rotisserie doesn't call you to tell you there's no more chicken)! That being said tonight the delivery time was surprisingly reasonable, but not as surprising as the number of errors in my order! 1 missing complete meal, 2 incorrect meals (regular filet instead of nashville) a missing side dish (poutine) and no sauce with the cheese sticks, I find it difficult to see how it is possible to make so many errors in the same order? !?
To top it all off, when you call for compensation, it's impossible to speak with the manager?! Customer service as terrible as the rest.
All of this is probably my mistake because by reading the reviews of the restaurant I understand that no one is well served and that in several months nothing has improved and therefore I will certainly never order from this restaurant again. (Which I should have done a long time ago) It’s lucky that Benny exists.

Wow!! The first time I go to a restaurant with only 1 employee... How "selfish" must the manager be to not at least get his hands dirty if he doesn't want to pay another employee... it seems that there are not enough customers to have more employees and that it is a waste of money... How can you let your employee do all the drive-thru service, the counter, answer on the phone, doing the preparation, the cooking and I imagine she has to do the "close" in addition. I take my hat off to the young girl for continuing to work on it!
The service was good though, the meal was hot and the delivery guys tried to help, well done to them!
Worse St-Hubert 45 minutes for a wrap and all the tables in the restaurant are dirty, just one person who works is almost a joke

100% of orders placed through delivery or drive-thru have errors. Plus when they make mistakes they don't want to deliver the right items.
Vegetarian options: 100% of orders with the vegetation option have errors and the restaurant never wants to return the correct order

More than 30 minutes of waiting after paying. After calling to find out what was happening with my order as no one seemed to be there. Finally the young girl present admitted to me that she was the only employee. She hadn't even started my order even though I was the only one at the drive-thru. Also, my soup was only broth with about ten noodles. Very expensive for the experience..

St Hubert express what a joke! Drive thru at 5 pm nobody inside 1 car in front of me told me 10 to 15 minute wait 30 minutes later i get my order! What the hell 5pm and no chickens are ready!! Never again no wonder the competition is taking over!(
