Haven’t been to a Tim hortons in a while and where I received good service with good workers. All four workers were working quickly and well . Food was made fast and workers were very polite and professional for their ages.

The worst service, ALWAYS! Coffee machines often not working, staff never cares about the people inside only about those ones on drive through, too slow! no variety of doughnuts especially at the weekends and afternoons. Very disappointed. I'd rather go to Chateauguay Tim than being served here

I went through the drive-thru and left the premises with an employee who gave me the bad finger (middle finger) in the presence of the manager.
I didn't disrespect anyone, I just said that I was going to make a complaint about the unprofessionalism of the employee who served me an espresso with at least 6 sugars when I asked for an espresso with 1 sugar knowing that this is not the first time that she has done this to me and serves me with a mocking smile.
The manager opened the glass and saw that it was full of sugar, that it was done on purpose and that it was not a mistake. I cleared the way for the customers and went inside to get an explanation for these behaviors and I was shocked when the manager explained to me that the employee who gave me the middle finger is her daughter. .
No respect on the part of the employee towards the hierarchy and towards the customers knowing that I have been going through this branch for quite a while 5 times a week.

Drive-thru service 15 minutes wait I can see 4 cars ahead that he has a problem with his order I said to myself a dozen donuts he can't be wrong Well no they don't know how to count 10 instead of 12 each every time I go to the Tim Horton's in Mercier it's mediocre service it's over never again I'm going to go to that one I told my partner we're going to be caught in line we won't be able to leave and s may be long 15 minutes of my life wasted.

I wanted to take a detour to go to another Tim's because I always get poor service at this Tim's. Finally, “we just have 2 coffees, what can go so wrong”. I went there and got some errors. For a medium 2/2, I had a medium strong 2 creams. For a black one with a sleeve and some ice cubes on top, I received a black coffee filled with ice cream.
