The beef and fried onion sandwich without onion...our two portions of cold fries and the BLT with two slices of tomatoes the thickness of a sheet of paper...won't repeat the TimHorton experience

Dirty
I was contacted by TH but impossible to contact them at the internet address they gave me.
I took some potatoes, they had a hair in them, I asked her to do something, she told me, I won’t cook them again! And had lunch and the meat was not cooked very disappointed with the service

This is the worst Tim Horton's I have visited in my entire life. Very long service before receiving our order. The trash cans are overflowing, the tables are all dirty with leftover food, the floor with trash lying everywhere. Really unsanitary.
Never seen such a dirty restaurant. Cluttered and dirty tables. Reception counter with dirty papers and coffee rings. The trash cans that vomit. Dirty and sticky floors.
A good manager would be required.

Terrible level of service, they got half the order wrong and were rude when we told them.

I ask for a blt on a classic bagel, no egg and with mayonnaise, I have no tomato, no salad and no mayo in it. The lady half listens. The employees shout

We arrived in Metabetchouan at 7 p.m. for our vacation, we rented rooms. We wanted to go eat a quick meal by the lake. We went to Tim's at 8:25 p.m. for sandwiches and drinks. There were 5 of us. The staff abruptly told us that they were no longer making food, that we could only have drinks. Following our insistence given the fact that there was nothing else open, they finally agreed to make us food but only turkey and bacon sandwiches. What's the difference between this and a ham and cheese sandwich? On the web, it says that closing is at 9 p.m., the full menu should be offered until closing and not at the discretion of the employees.

Wait 17 minutes for 2 coffees and a pizza. Being served pizza with a car soiled with food underneath without knowing what it is. Stubborn with us not to change the box. No excuse for looking stupid. No crispy chicken, etc... Wow!!!

1st experience in a Tim Horton's,
The service was long, people walked past us and took orders without any embarrassment, the sandwich had burnt bread, according to the waitress this was due to the machine,
Perhaps we should have lowered the power or heated for less time, this does not seem logical to everyone
Dessert was not what was requested
I hope the other restaurants of this brand are better
