It’s crazy, but I love Boston Pizza, it’s my favorite restaurant and my brother’s, but I’m hesitant about wanting to go back there… The reason is the service. When we go to a restaurant to eat in peace without the worries of life, but when I am reproached with a m**** attitude in front of my table partners that the tip to leave cash is not 15% it's is one of the biggest disrespects that can be shown to a customer. I donated a significant amount to the service offered and we wanted more. I didn't remember her name, but to the miss who served us, relearn what customer service is and accept what we offer you. I'm not going to say that I won't return to the Boston, but the next time I see this employee serving me or other customers I would have to warn her that she doesn't deserve any tips. Thank you to the owner for having a discussion with these waitresses on what professionalism is.

I liked very much the services. The food was good as well. The prices are reasonable. We had a nice time with a big company, beer :-)) and sport TV.
