We cannot recommend them enough for your events. Chef Mathieu has an energy and approach that put us at ease from the first call. Ready to do anything to make it OUR evening, prepared to our liking, and taking away as much stress as possible.
The food was excellent, the chefs were very efficient and motivated to prepare us a custom dish that we had requested, and the service was more than impeccable with the two excellent waiters who took care of us with service and kindness that exceeded 5 star!

He invited us to come by and gave us food to try at home. We discussed the menu and we couldn’t believe how flexible he was and even made us custom options that weren’t on his menu. The day of the wedding was impeccable and the staff was amazing, incredibly helpful and caring. You delivered the goods well beyond our expectations. All our guests praised the quality of all the dishes and appetizers served. The cocktail was delicious and that's what we wanted for our guests: abundance, lacking nothing and offering diversity. In addition, you were able to adapt by accommodating several people with restrictions, which we greatly appreciated.
A special mention for having adapted to the delay following the rain episode during the cocktail, having to walk from left to right with the trays, etc.
You put us at ease, you reassured me on several occasions ("we'll take care of it, go and enjoy your evening"). You are disgusting and your beautiful synergy was felt.
