Really nice place. Smaller than I thought. The food was excellent. Cabane à sucre food turn in too high end meals. Les oreilles de crisse soufflé sont un régal. Your not going to be disappointed. Your reservation is 3 hours and takes 3 hours to finish every meal. There's an option for a special tourtière to be added to your service. However, we didn't take it and we were really full and the end.

Other than the food being amazing, I loved the spacing between each meal. It gave us enough time to enjoy each course without feeling too full.
