What a beautiful gastronomic experience where tastes, flavors and textures are generously chosen. The dishes come together beautifully. However, some dishes arrived rather lukewarm than hot. The service is very pleasant and efficient. The dining room is noisy but that comes with success. We will return there next season to taste a new menu.
As usual, everything on offer is exceptional.
Careful service, a unique atmosphere and truly incredible quality cuisine.

My boyfriend and I recently visited Au Pied de Cochon’s sugar shack to try their harvest season menu, and we were blown away! The food was phenomenal, and we had such a memorable experience. My boyfriend even ended up licking the plate clean – that’s how good it was!
