I order regularly, always good, but this time no, charred croutons. Disappointing for the price we pay

I walked 40 minutes to finally arrive and it's closed, very ordinary, on Google it says open until 9:00 p.m. and when we arrive it says closed Monday and Tuesday. It would be time to update the schedules.

Very long delivery, sometimes up to 1h30 even though we are in the toll-free zone.
Food arrives cold and soft (eg: nachos, fried calamari).
There are often errors (around 8 times out of 10) in the order (dishes not browned despite the order or simply forgetfulness).
The only positive point: the tartars are excellent.
But, after being disappointed more than ten times, we no longer order.
Maybe in the gym, it's different.

Always full of errors and oversights in deliveries. The food arrives cold after an hour and even up to an hour and a half of waiting for delivery.

You try to mention it to the owner and she practically sends you away.

We only went there 2 or 3 times because it's a bit far from where we live. The beauty of the restaurant is not wow! but the food on the other hand is and that's what we want from a restaurant.
The service is very good and for the atmosphere... frankly how can we give a rating for that. If I go there with 20 of my friends I'll say it's incredible and if I go alone I'll say very ordinary.
I absolutely recommend this restaurant, even my grandson from Drummondville, a huge fan of his local pizzeria, managed to say of the pizza and fried sauce that we had tasted “all the same…”
That said it all.

The pizza is good but you never know if it's really bad, because one time in 3 it's either burnt or in poor condition for the price it costs I think he should force himself a little because it costs too much for nothing !

Nous commandons depuis plusieurs années, toujours été satisfait, sauf les dernières fois . Commandé une « pizza fine » où baignait une poignée de légumes congelés réchauffés sur la pizza quand il est inscrit « légumes de saison » sur le menu… j’aurais aimé mieux avoir seulement des oignons et poivrons plutôt que des carottes congelées et des fèves vertes

We just discovered this place. We were very pleasantly surprised. The exterior has nothing to do with the interior. The menu is very varied. The food is excellent. Nothing negative to say about the service, the bistro was packed. The atmosphere is warm and friendly. The owner who doesn't hesitate to get her hands dirty to help in the kitchen and who takes the time to come and chat with us. Just a big WOWW. We will return without hesitation.

L'entrée de calamar était très bonne et nous on venait pour le tartare pour moi au thon (avec une touche de mangue et d'avocat) mon chum aurait voulu un duo de tartare il a dû prendre une entrée de bœuf et une de saumon ...serait bien de l'offrir sur le menu... on nous a demandé si on voulait l'avoir relevé moi non mais mon chum oui on a donc eu dans nos 3 assiettes une cup de srirasha mais on a aussi vu sur la facture 1$ par cup... pour le reste le prix était les même qu'ailleurs donc très correcte pour nous et la saveur et la fraîcheur étaient au rdv.
