My fries were cold. I asked the manager if he could exchange them with the new batch that was cooking in oil. The manager said nothingbut by the look on his face that he was very annoyed. He then turned around and gave me an other one from the same batch that were sitting there since I had arrived(obviously they also could). I asked kindly once again if I could have the fries that just came out of the oil as I had previously asked. He argued with me saying that the fries were perfectly fine and... Finally, I asked an other employee and she changed them for me. She smiled without hesitation she changed my cold ones for the hot ones. By then my burger was now cold but the that's ok. I just hate eating cold fries.

Half of the order was mistaken. Wrong drinks, missing items in the burgers and so on. I guess when the place is left to be handled by kids that’s what happens. As a cook looking in their kitchen felt terrible. Won’t be back. I rather do 5 mins more of driving and get my order correct 🤸🏻

Only ask for 2 coffees.. a large 2creme 2 sugar and a very large 2lait 2 sugar... I receive a very large black and a large with clotted cream.. the more time passes the worse the service
....very disappointing.
