This place is hands down the best creole spot I’ve tried, and I’ve tried many. It is a hidden gem. The meat is soft, melts in your mouth, yet the outside so crunchy! The rice is delicious. Their pikliz as well is amazing. I cannot recommend this place enough for a plate of Griot. It’s a must try!
Now, to be fair I have only ever ordered the griot and tassot, but like... I dream about them on a weekly basis. The food is just that good. Portions are not insane, but also way more generous than average. Oh and the rice? The riiiiiiiice.

I have ordered 2x already from Nelyna. The food (tassot) is very good, however the quantities are small, apart from the rice. The 2nd time I took extras, the large portion of tassot where I didn't see any difference in the meat but way too much rice... Also, their pikliz is way too small, I took an extra, never received…$8 extra + taxes in the trash…
Please pay attention to the extras ordered by your customers, and add more pikliz, it's still just pickled cabbage.
