I would like to give a good review but unfortunately I can't.

First time we ordered from the pokestation in St Canut we ordered with DoorDash and created our bowl. When receiving all the ingredients of the 2 bowls were mixed so we called to ask if there was a way to get a refund and we were laughed in the face by using them in "back ground" on the phone and offering a 15 % off.

This evening I ordered and there was nothing left of what we had asked for and what's more it wasn't even who called us but the delivery man who delivered to us who had to call us to take an order and once again her sneered back.

Honestly ! Employing them on weekend evenings, no respect for the customer, as I see. We pay to get something and he can't even do it right! 2 times $50 from poke stations at the drain! Very above

Hello today I'm giving a rating of 3 because I paid $2 to have kimchi missing from my bowl, forgotten fusion sauce, really disappointed. After the pokebol it was good ?

I went there at the very beginning and was very disappointed with the food. I went back this afternoon and it will definitely be the last time.
First of all, the hood does not work enough; It was so fried! Then, the girl at the counter told us: having known that it was 2 bills, you would have been entitled to 2 entries... we hadn't paid yet..., shut up or cancel the bill it seems to me... it seemed too complicated. Still fine. But in the end, all our Poke were bathed in sauce and everything was wet… not edible. Being the franchisor, I would provide a little additional training to ensure its survival.

I am extremely disappointed with my poke! Avocado which is pureed and black and which tastes really bad, my shrimp are not cooked enough. And what can we say about the inside of the restaurant, it’s really not clean and above all a big lack of decoration, I thought they were closing the restaurant permanently!

Bad experience. I ordered a shrimp and crab poke as well as a tuna poke to go. While I was waiting for my order, I looked at the menu more closely, and noticed that they were offering free tempura shrimp with the purchase of 2 pokes. I mentioned it to one of the 2 young girls, and she told me that I should have asked before paying (!), and that now it's impossible... Then, there was only one only shrimp in my shrimp poke. Additionally, the tail had not been removed. There were ingredients (peppers) among others that I don't like. But I understand it's a matter of taste. On the other hand, this is the first goi I've seen peppers in a basic poke. Then the last thing was there was a big smog of suspended grease inside. I almost thought there was a problem with a fire or something... The 2 young girls were apparently embarrassed... At home, my girlfriend told me that I stank of grease!
