I went with my partner today (2024-01-08) around 1 p.m.Rotten serviceAnnie made the sandwiches very arrogant and had an attitude.When my partner asked her to add an extra example: hot peppers she replied that he already has some.She didn't listen to our requests and she did what she wanted.She threw the ingredients into the submarine.She was very unpleasantI know it's not easy to find employees but even if I had no choice this person wouldn't work in my business, they scare away customers.I was a manager for 23 years in a retail business with 15 employees in my charge and I would never have accepted that an employee would act in this way.I hope the branch manager will see to it!The next time I go there and it's her I'll definitely go back!

This is now the 3rd time in a row that I have ordered and there are SEVERAL errors in my order. I still tried again, telling myself that it could happen, but I'm still just as disappointed. I just ordered a teriyaki and sweet onion salad and they added mayonnaise!! I was careful to double check and make sure it wasn't my mistake. I still tried to taste it but it’s not edible ? the chips I asked for were also missing. I don't recommend anyone to choose this Subway otherwise check your orders carefully!

Terrible service. Went to get a sandwich 15 minutes ago. I was servied by guy with glasses. When I was in front of him no hello or any interaction with me. He was just starring down and saying nothing while he knew I was in front of him. I made a small comment saying "Hi how are you" to let him know that I was in front of him he then gave me attitude. I proceeded to get my order and while leaving I heard him talking to his girl colleague about our interaction in a negative way. I get the kid is young and a bit awkward but he should try to give better service.

Ma conjointe est allé aujourd'hui pour un ramassage et elle a été servi par une employée très arrogante. Elle s'est trompé dans la commande, a mis ça sur le dos de ma conjointe, réplique et parle de façon non convenable pour servir des clients. Mentionne ne pas faire des produits normalement offert a ce restaurant.... et j'en passe. Nous ne retournerons plus à ce restaurant, c'était la dernière fois nous y allions fréquemment.
