Les 2 employées n'avaient clairement pas envie d'être là, aucun sourire et service très lent. Il manquait beaucoup de choses comme ingrédients. Elle avait déjà emballé mon sandwich avant même que j'aie fini de lui dire ce que je voulais dedans. J'ai demandé ma facture après avoir payé et me la suis fait garoché. C'était malheureusement la dernière fois que j'allais dans ce subway.

Really incompetent worker, he was alone at the store so it definitely wasn’t his first day. Did not know how to make any of the sandwiches, checking for “recipes” when you literally tell them what you want in your sandwiches, made a huge mess when closing/wrapping the sandwich. The sauce is all over the packaging and not in my food. I wasn’t even this bad on my first day. Not the mention the huge line, why would they leave him alone at dinner rush?

The girl making our sandwich didn't even bother to ask what cheese I wanted. I nicknamed her Mrs personality because she didn't greet us and it seemed like a chore to make our sandwiches. When we asked how to use our points she didn't know what to do. The lettuce was almost rotting.

I tried the new Chicken Teriyaki and Spicy Beef rice bowls and I must say, it's one of the worst bowls I've had. I'm not a picky eater but these meals were terribly prepared and the serving of meat barely got to my stomach. Serving was enough for my toddler maybe. Meat was dry and probably left standing for 6-8 hrs. Very disappointed. Won't ever try again.
