You queue for 10 minutes, you are asked to go to the other checkout, after 5 minutes, no one takes care of you.

This evening, I went to Tum Horthon wanting a grilled chicken wrap, bacon, ranch sauce. I ordered and when I got to the window to pay, the employee didn't even smile or look at me. I said good evening to him, he didn't answer me... he only held out the machine to pay. Then he closed the window and came back with my order. Afterwards I said thank you, good evening and he didn't look at me or respond, then he closed the window. When I arrived home I opened my wrap and realized that: I hadn't even gotten the right order!!! Seriously, a gross lack of professionalism.

Terrible service. Employees don't know what they are doing. Only one cash register is open during busy times and this single cashier leaves to make 3-minute coffees for each person who orders while his colleagues behind stand still. Furthermore, when we speak to them politely to express our dissatisfaction, they justify themselves and tell us that it is our fault and that if we are not happy we can go elsewhere. I'll never be caught there again.

The maintenance of hygiene and sanitation is not taken care of. I don't understand how a manager can be comfortable showing this to customers. Honestly I would no longer encourage this Tim Horton. There is no good service, no communication with customers either. Disappointing.

If you work early mornings do NOT stop at this tims coffee is never fresh and hot
The guy at the window clearly doesn't want to be there and is just very rude there are other drive thrus in that area that are 100 times better
