Food. For a Tim Hortons it’s average as this place has issues being consistent.
Service. Their weakness. Poor service. Slow service. Especially drive through. The worst of any drive through and of any Tim Hortons in QC or ON.
Atmosphere. When not too busy it’s clean otherwise not very clean.

In future I will avoid this place as too many times it’s a let down

No breakfast past 15h. Unknowingly asked for the breakfast BLT, they said there wouldn't an egg in it, that was fine, but I asked for extra sausage which they acquiesced and charged me. There was no sausage in the BLT, went back to the counter and they tried to convince me I was wrong for thinking so since there's no breakfast after 15h. Fine, but then as an employee, do not charge for the extra sausage and properly inform the client. Don't gaslight me in thinking no egss means no sausage when you charged it.

Food is what you would expect from any other Tim Horton but coffee is surprisingly always good. I've never ran into overheated coffee like I did in some other Tim Hortons. The service is also very efficient, employees are nice and will address any issue that you could encounter. Well located since it is on side of highway 15 and there's always parking spaces even during rush hour.

Only stop here if you have literally 30 minutes to wait to take ur order/get your food. Like I’m not even exaggerating when I say we just stopped for two ice capos and ONE donut and waited 30 whole minutes….. not one employee had urgency, including one guy who just stood waiting to put food in the oven or bag (often just STANDING)… 3 groups of people left while waiting in line. Another family had a whole family lunch before people (who arrived when they started eating) ordered their food…. Never in my life have I waited that long at ANY “fast” food restaurant or for coffee. I used to work at Tim hortons in highschool and almost just made it myself that’s how bad it was. Would not recommend.

I orthered a wrap with chicken and cilantro. The wrap bread and the chicken were ok but I was upset to see that not only there was no cilantro, it was full of tomatoes, I don't like tomatoes and a big piece of not so fresh lettuce. I hate Tim Horton, easy personally)
Second of all, I went to the bathroom and the guy that was cleaning the bathroom opened the door and ask if there was someone. When I left the bathroom he was just waiting in front of the door with all of his cleaning stuff. If you stand in front and don't see anyone come out, chances are that I am still there. I told him I didn't appreciate the pressure, he said no pressure... Don't u have other stuff to clean. It was 11h15 so not the end of shift m
