Serious big lack of respect, not capable of putting vanilla in our coffee ice cream with vanilla extra vanilla already that these are so expensive the extras you don't even put them inside and what's more you don't fill it completely. Seriously, these really made it disgusting

Only Tim from St-Augustin for the moment
The manager, (Karine, I think) and 4 regular women during the day, ordering from the car, talking to each other, behind the backs of the customers, in front of the customers inside or at the car, "that's it play authoritarian!".In the past, several times, I have witnessed comments (bad conversations) between them, if the customer "dared" to ask where to make a comment. Always in front of customers. But this morning; blatant major bullying, zero professionalism, teenage girls' playground; the other side of the counter, even though they are the oldest!

You should teach young people basic hygiene concepts, such as cleaning the sandwich counter, during my last visit there must have been an inch of debris from eggs and assorted salads, not very attractive, cleaning tables would also be the welcome
