I often go to this tim because it is close to my house. But now it's starting to get a bit boring. He often makes a mistake in my order, I know that it's human to make mistakes and there's no problem.. But now it's been several times that I go and have this mistake in my order, and sometimes I ask for extras in something and I pay more $ for the extra but in the end I don't even receive the extra... And this is often wrong in my order I find it a bit boring.. I know that we are human and it happens as soon as we make a mistake but it's boring to pay more and ultimately not receive what you asked for.. :(

It's September 23, 2024 and I just got treated like a dog!
I place an order, I am served 1/2 and I wait quietly for my drink.
Suddenly, an employee opens the window angrily, raises her hand and says to me stupidly, "WHAT IS IT? I'M IN THE WAY OF TRAINING AN EMPLOYEE."
I can't believe this way of treating a customer!!!!!
Train your employees on SERVICE AND SMILE, which are much more important than preparing drinks!!!
