Employees not aware of promo on the app and it's not the first time very upset

Went in at 2:40 on the 15th of July 2025, The lady at the drivethrough window didnt speak much French or english, I paid for a steak supreme, omelettes, the newish brownie cookie and an iced cap. I never got my cookie, I saw someone handing it to her at the window but she never gave it to me nor did she ask if I wanted my receipt... It cost me 21.43$ so im pretty sure I paid for it...

Please at least put someone that speaks french OR english at the drivethrough window.

I went through the drive and got myself a ranch wrap, extra sauce NO TOMATOES (ALLERGIC), with potatoes and a mango star fruit. Got to the window paid and left because of a car behind me. Realized it’s the wrong drink I got the orange citrus drink so came back to change it. I was about to bite in my wrap but I wasn’t confident that they listened so my girlfriend took a bite and guess what, tomatoes 🙂. Went back and asked to do it again, no tomatoes, extra sauce. They gave me no tomatoes and no extra sauce. Very bad service I don’t recommend.

I often go to this tim because it is close to my house. But now it's starting to get a bit boring. He often makes a mistake in my order, I know that it's human to make mistakes and there's no problem.. But now it's been several times that I go and have this mistake in my order, and sometimes I ask for extras in something and I pay more $ for the extra but in the end I don't even receive the extra... And this is often wrong in my order I find it a bit boring.. I know that we are human and it happens as soon as we make a mistake but it's boring to pay more and ultimately not receive what you asked for.. :(

It's September 23, 2024 and I just got treated like a dog!
I place an order, I am served 1/2 and I wait quietly for my drink.
Suddenly, an employee opens the window angrily, raises her hand and says to me stupidly, "WHAT IS IT? I'M IN THE WAY OF TRAINING AN EMPLOYEE."
I can't believe this way of treating a customer!!!!!
Train your employees on SERVICE AND SMILE, which are much more important than preparing drinks!!!
