This morning, we go to the drive-thru and order 2 coffees. I forget to tell my partner to order the muffins. He asks the window to add 2 muffins, one of which is a little heated. The employee told us in a condescending tone: "next time, ask beforehand because it takes a long time to heat up and we're on a timer and if we don't respect the times, we'll get picked on!" An oversight happens and for the number of times there have been errors in my order and I don't say anything, I find it ordinary.

I'm leaving the review just for you to check out the French vanilla machine. ? I don't know if it's the quality of the product or the machine. ? I ordered from Tim's in Montreal and Longueuil, it was very well done. ? It used to be good, but lately it seems like my French vanilla with espresso shot is water with espresso. ? I've been taking this for years. Although the price has increased to almost $5, I like my drink, but $5 for water is expensive. ? #TimHortons #FrenchVanilla #Disappointment

On m'a fait avancer car mes toast n'était pas prête. J ai attendu 10 mins pour finalement rentrer et me faire dire oups on a oublié d aller vous les mener. A mon entrée dans le restaurant la faim ma couper, il y avait des mouches pleins le comptoir à beignes et survolait l endroits où il y avait la préparation des sandwichs.pas des petites mouches..beurk

It was my favorite Tim before but the last time I was it was completely wrong in the order we told them again the guy has an attitude when it's his mistake and then redoes the item again lacking the same execrable service way
Staff was rude and i found hair in flatbread pizza. Instead of sorry, staff behaved rude. Even they say no to change pizzaa

Usually a Tim improves with time, but here clearly it's the opposite. Errors every time in my orders (and when you go to the drive-thru, it's a bit annoying). The staff has trouble taking the order correctly and that's when I don't have to repeat it 5 times.
