Je suis passée ce dimanche en pm au service au volant. J'ouvre le sac alors que je viens de quitter : les frites étaient carrément froides !! J'imagine qu'elles devaient d'être sur le réchaud depuis longtemps ! Comment peut-on servir ça à des clients ? À quel point il faut être incompétent ? Insultant. Dommage qu'on ne puisse mettre zéro étoile.

The worst McDonald's of my life, no services, the trash cans are overflowing everywhere. The tables are not dirty but muddy. Inadequate order and very long time to be served. Do not recommend this place

Already no more napkin or ketchup at dinner, there doesn't seem to be a person responsible for the place to manage everything; only students going around in circles serving as best they can with incomplete orders, too many fries prepared in advance that were not cooked enough and had become cold. I do not recommend this place.

Really bad service. The staff makes a mistake when putting the products in the tray.
They called the wrong number for our order. No salt. Messy and since it's McDonald's well you know you're eating "scrap" but the bread was dry and the fries cold and soggy.
If you are hungry go elsewhere because it's not the elite who work there.
Kitchen and food area sanitation problem. Lots of flies.

What poor service at the counter and from the kitchen on July 1, 2024 around 11:45 a.m. 1. The terminal printer was out of paper. 2. Our order: 1 quarter pound trio without cheese and without pickles and 1 Big Mac trio. We opened the boxes before leaving... the quarter pounder had cheese and the big Mac didn't... back in the kitchen... 2nd course the quarter pounder had pickles and the big Mac didn't have any... just a slice of cheese and no pickles. In addition to the fries being cold due to the wait, our Burgers were not as ordered, even on the 2nd try. When will the robots be able to make our hamburgers as ordered? Unbelievable to spend so much $$$ for such a miserable product and service.
