Extremely disappointed with the customer service provided by our waitress. She was able to change the atmosphere of our meal with her pitiful service. We did not feel welcome during this meal. Very disappointing despite the good quality of the food.

You know when a good brown potato, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside meets a creamy and smooth poutine sauce and the cheese mixes together, you know it's going to be good food. Seriously in my top 5 poutine from Quebec. Very friendly atmosphere, there are benches and a counter space which charms me. The staff is very kind and polite and I guarantee that not only was I able to taste the love in every bite, I tasted the passion for good poutine.
