I just placed an order for a trio, and upon my arrival, I was informed that the garlic option was unavailable. I was offered potato wedges as a substitute, which I accepted. Unfortunately, I was disappointed to find that the wedges were not fresh; they appeared to have been pre-cooked and merely reheated, lacking both freshness and proper taste. This is a recurring problem that needs addressing though the service is good and quick.

I was really surprised by this Tim Hortons — it feels completely different from the ones in Montreal. The atmosphere has a real vibe, the service and food are top quality, and the place is clean and peaceful ^^

Will we drop by to eat something in this tim hortons place . The clerk doesn't speak English, and we wait for a guy. I ordered 2 wrap with crispy bacon 🥓 . Also, donuts, ice coffee. We wait very long, like 20 minutes. Very slow ,not organized. If I don't claim my donuts , they don't give to us . Very disappointing services. 😞 I wish you guys in this place to improve the freshness to the food and faster to serve customers.

Terribly slow!!! It took 1 hour at the drive-thru for 1 coffee, 1 hot chocolate and a tim refreshment... it's not the first time... I have the impression that there are no employees in the kitchen... EXTREMELY long service!!
