Terribly slow!!! It took 1 hour at the drive-thru for 1 coffee, 1 hot chocolate and a tim refreshment... it's not the first time... I have the impression that there are no employees in the kitchen... EXTREMELY long service!!

After waiting in line for 35 minutes!!! I order 2 coffees, the waiter gives me 2 coffees which had just been poured with the filter from the coffee before so the coffee was clear as tea and what's more it was full of coffee beans, he puts the cutlery on it and gives them to me like that, plus he tells me that he didn't notice anything, and that if I wanted to have more I had to wait another 15 to 20 minutes because all the coffee makers were empty, I told him to let it happen and he didn't even reimburse me!!!! Bad service and never a manager on site and what can we say about the uncleanliness,

The service offered is a Breakfast Burger for an additional $3 for the purchase of a hot or cold coffee. I choose an espresso. However, the 2 ladies at the checkout this Saturday morning at 9 a.m. did not understand the menu when I showed them the poster above the counter. They don't know the menus offered or pretend not to understand my request and make me pay $6 for the Burger instead of $3..
Very disappointed, I won't come back again.
