A good bakery in general…butLots of choice, lots of beautiful things. Quite an incredible selection of breads and friendly service.On the other hand, if you are looking for the quality of the baguette that made the brand famous under the previous owner, it is no longer there.In addition to practicing reduflation (increasing prices and shortening baguettes - the sourdough baguette will soon resemble a sandwich if this continues), the quality is uneven.I went there regularly, but much less since I had to throw away my baguette on a few occasions at the end of the day because it had completely collapsed and dried out. It’s really disappointing because a baguette made according to the rules of the art should last until the next day.

Absolutely the go to spot in area for great bread and pastries. The baguette levain is a personal favourite. They are also the only place I know of locally that carries 3rd wave coffee from Saint Henri.
A fantastic bread choice! What a joy to go there every week. I like all their production. The chocolate-hazelnut, the integral, the white square, the hazelnut apricot, the vegan biscuits, the queen-elizabeth, the madeleines without forgetting their legendary baguette! And what's better than one of their pizzas for lunch.
