We were disappointed during our visit today. I expected better given the excellent reviews you have but I have to be honest with our experience.
Order at 12:15 p.m.: Two burgers, two regular poutines
There were 4 people before us. Order received at 1:15 a.m. The poutines are cold, the fries lukewarm, lots of cheese but cold, lukewarm sauce. Very disappointing for a 1 hour wait for poutines!

It would deserve a 6 star if it were possible.
The best and biggest poutine I have eaten, too quickly to take a photo of it because it was so good!
Little tip, the vegetable poutine is worth it ;)

Bam-Bam squid and shrimp, very good and really quick. The menu is impressive, and the portions are generous. And the colors of sunset, masterful!
