I showed up at the drive-through.
After waiting for an answer for about 7 min and double-checking the schedule on their site (24h)
I roll up directly to the service window. A car is waiting. Takes about 5-7 minutes for that car to get served.
When my turn come, the cashier asks me if I ordered : I tell him no, I've been waiting 10 min with no one taking my order, to which he answers he can't take my order there at the window, I would have to come inside or go around again and order at the speaker .
What kind of lame play is this ?

Just walked out because of the incredibly bad service
In a country that has no idea how to do customer service you surprisingly are setting the bar lower
The girl came up to me to tell me she will be a minute to serve me and then goes and stands at a station with another girl. I guess to talk.
After some minutes minute’s of being ignored by a couple of girls actually doing absolutely nothing I walk out and go to McDonalds
So another bad review who cares

I bring a bunch of new customers to your slum to try you out

Service in this a&w at Friday 12:00 pm was really good. The two guys in the front count for 5 employees. Super efficient and always with a smile 😊
I went to St. Jovite to pick up a gift card for my brother-in-law and a root-beer for my daughter. The service staff were fine, bilingual and helpful to me as I am not totally a fully bilingual person. The issue was that the root beer was only 2/3rds full and cost $2.99. Not great value at all.

They have never messed up my order yet I go there often. The best part of the restaurant is that beside the pop machine is a sink to wash your hands in with PAPER TOWEL to dry then. I hate hot air dryers. They are slow and dirty.

We were served by Slim, what joy! Impeccable service, fast and so pleasant!! He even came out to bring us our slippers that we had forgotten. Give him a promotion!
Message for the boss: can you add an option to add tip on the interac machine please. Your employees are deserving and it would be nice to be able to reward them.
