I always love my dinner experience at central. The food is more than amazing with typical tapas from Spain. It’s a great to have a different restaurant from the other ones on the mountain. The staff is also nice and helpful and know their food. It’s classy but not too much. Good for dates, family diner, birthday, friends night, or just to enjoy a good cocktail at the bar. 100% recommande it
De loin, notre endroit préféré pour sortir à Tremblant. L'ambiance y est exaltante et l'équipe très conviviale. Il est impératif de souligner l'excellence du service fourni par nos serveuses. Malheureusement, je n'ai plus le nom en tête, mais celle qui coupe du "ducktape" avec ses dents; t'es la meilleure chose qui soit arrivée au monde des boîtes de nuit depuis l'invention des "blacklight".

The menu features a range of options, including ham and cheese sandwiches, passion fruit crème brûlée, and more adventurous options like foie gras and duck empanadas. The ambiance is cozy, with a lively atmosphere that transforms into a nightclub later in the evening. The staff, including security and management, are very friendly and helpful. The place is quite spacious and has excellent music and lighting, making it the perfect night out. The food is of high quality, and the staff are dynamic, ensuring it will become a must-visit destination in Tremblant.
The manager, Alexandre, was amazing, providing excellent service for a Bachelorette party. He gave the bride and attendees a gift, a shoutout by the DJ, and checked on them every 15-20 minutes to ensure everything was okay. Customers had a good time and appreciated the bottle service at the table.
While the food was excellent and well-presented, the prices seemed quite high for the portion sizes. The Tempranillo wine was excellent, and the service was good overall.
