Chocolato - Mont-Tremblant

Had one of their amazing hot chocolates. It was delicious. Saw someone with a choc dipped cone while I was there. It looked so good. I came back the next day and got one for myself. Vanilla ice cream dipped in dark chocolate orange. So worth it. The place is expensive, but it does not leave you disappointed

This is honestly the best hot chocolate I have ever had . My issue is the service , This old lady has a very bad attitude , and it creates a very bad atmosphere.

Terrible customer service, the people who serve are bad, and are very rude, they ask you to queue outside in the cold and they take you out, the tables are super dirty, you ask them to clean and the cleaning cloth damages you

The product gets worse and worse every year,
The manager is not welcoming at all, bordering on unpleasant and on top of that she speaks badly to customers, to be avoided.

The gelato is very average and extremely sweet, especially the bubblegum, which is so sweet that it is explosively sweet. Oreo & Maple Syrup These two have no special taste and are not worth CAD15 for 3 small balls at all.
The attitude of the staff was average, and their English was slightly poor and slow. The staff impatiently urged the order to be placed, but there was clearly no one in line. There are no serving tips, so be sure to choose carefully when paying.

we ate good waffles as well as hot chocolates, it was good but very sweet (😝). very nice. Just a shame that if we eat there we are served in disposable packaging and not on plates…

I hated the service here. Came in yesterday and stood in line for an hour. It is extremely busy and slow at the same time. The line hardly moves. We finally reached the front and chose the ice cream. One waffle cone and one waffle bowl. I didn't want to leave a tip because it was not a dine in service. The cashier announced it in French to the entire staff. They made terrible faces at us and didn't even bother when we asked them for a couple of extra ice cream spoons. I spent about $20 for 2 things. I will never come here again and would recommend that tourists stay away from it.

Clean ,delicious ,good place ,nicely stuffs ,unfortunately the lady who is the leader of them ,gives lots of stress to people and her own workers .
