Let me start by saying I wanted to enjoy this place more than we did.
The staff here are truly amazing though. Service was quick and efficient. Very friendly.
The food however was bland. For over $150 for three of us, 2 adults and a child, I expected a bit more. You likely won't leave hungry, I didn't and I can be picky.
The property is very neat. We took part in axe throwing before and hiked up a trail behind the sugar shack.
After our meal, the hosts moved to the outdoors and made everyone some maple taffy, which was incredible.
My last piece of advice for anyone visiting, bring some containers for leftovers, as whatever doesn't get eaten, goes into the garbage.
So to summarize, food was ok, service was great and atmosphere was pretty great as well.

If you are vegan, vegetarian, or (like me) an omnivore who loves good vegan and vegetarian food, this welcoming farm slightly outside of Mont Tremblant is a delightful place to spend some time during the sugaring season — and to sample an alternative take on a traditional Quebecois sugar shack family-style meal. Our host Simone is a renaissance man: farmer, chef, father, and builder, and his love of the vegan and organic lifestyle shines through the whole experience. You can tour the many maple trees on the property and even taste the delicious maple taffy that results from pouring the boiled rendered sap over the snow until it reaches chewy, gooey goodness.
Simone is also very well-traveled and at home in either English or French — and he is full of fascinating conversation as you enjoy your breakfast, lunch, or dinner meal. We rented a car and drove up from Montreal for the day, but it’s also an easy and quick drive from the Mont Tremblant slopes if you are up for a skiing vacation.

Really a great experience. The people are awesome and friendly. The food is good and everything is made on site. Does it taste 100% like the authentic sugar shack? No. Is it worth it? This is where I say 100% yesThank you for meeting me.

It was my second time in 7 years at this fully vegan sugar shack. My opinion stays the same : I’m unfortunately not liking the food very much:( soup isn’t thick enough, tempeh was burned a bit, pudding chomeur looks more like a berry crumble, creton have no taste (nor smell ?!) and oreilles de crisse are sweet when it’s supposed to be salty… beans and potatoes are good. Crepes and apple sauce as well !The family service is cute and nice, but if I wanna go to a cabane à sucre, I kinda wanna have a perfectly typical sugar shack meal ; missing scrambled tofu, vegan bacon and sausages. Especially for the price, 145$ for 2, I would expect a better food experience.

A superb alternative to traditional sugar shacks, with organic, local and vegan products. A real treat from start to finish, everything was tasty. In addition, warm and friendly atmosphere and welcome!

The experience you get coming here is phenomenal! Clearly the owners love what they do and are passionate. I believe as of 2023 they are only opened on-demand for large groups so check ahead.
