La Forge Bistro Bar & Grill

I was with my husband and kids enjoying a sunny Saturday with my family. We placed our orders at the same time, but my husband’s meal took more than 45 minutes to arrive. The waitress even mentioned that he was the last one to order, yet everyone else had already eaten. I ended up having to complain to the manager, and only then—five minutes later—his order finally came. To make matters worse, at the end the waitress questioned why I didn’t leave a 10% tip. It was truly a disappointing and frustrating experience

Food is way overpriced. $25 for a smash burger, we would have been better to get a burger from a fast food restaurant. Service was awful, had to prompt the waitress when she showed up at our table. We went here for dinner on our final night of 3 and by far the most disappointing.

Great location on top of Pedestrian village! But food was minimal grade the service was ok. I order a $30 Nacho plate with chicken and it was messy, dull, with three pieces of chicken that you had to look for. My husband order a pepperoni pizza and when it came it looked same as my 8 year old kid pizza. I asked is that normal considering price is like 12$ more. Waiter said I will go check came back with an excuse that made no sense and that it should be bigger as expected. So rather than charge me for the kid price he proceeded to to charge 28 for a pizza that should been half and said well I put the order in and can’t make adjustment to price, do you want a free french fry. I knew I would never get anything better and figured finish the meal but ensure I provide the right review. Save yourself the hassle and money and go to The Shack across the way from them they are much better! It cost 167 with tip and no alcohol for 2 kids meal (hamburger and fry and kids cheese pizza and poutine) plate of nachos and adult pizza. You decide if it’s worth it!

They don’t let you eat their own food inside the Restaurant, they say that if you already ordered takeaway food you have to go eat on the street. We were Yam tired that we prefer not to argue but we assume that the restaurant has a bad reputation because it is empty on a holiday. They have what they deserve. In the end we went to eat at the park but we preferred to eat something else since the Poutine was too dry and the potatoes tasted old

A great place to eat in the heart of Tremblant village! We enjoyed a variety of dishes, with a standout being their unique serving of nachos- absolutely delicious! Our waiter Martin did an impeccable job serving our big group, and his experience and enthusiasm made our table experience unforgettable. We will certainly return here and hope Martin is our server again.

With so many options in the village, we chose La Forge for dinner last night and that was a GREAT choice!

Great location but very mediocre food and service. Visited 2 years ago and today, nothing changed. Don't order salad with beef, as the beef is tough and not chewable at all. Pizza for kids was not the best, and this is why we ordered French fries for kids but ended up without having them served by the time we finished our meals, but it was included in the bill regardless, which was settled of course. We ended up with feeding the kid elsewhere, as he left hungry.

i read some of the critical reviews - what idiot is worrying about seasoning on a great cut of meat??? who goes back the next night to complain again?? Place is great, great atmosphere and the team work like animals in a sometimes frantic resort style restaurant! keep up the great work team! ive eaten there 50 times min.

Excellent! The location is well situated, surrounding lots of activities and shopping. Our server was attentive and friendly. We had the passion fruit mojito - which was delicious. The food was phenomenal. We had the escargot, filet mignon, truffle parmesan fries and garlic mashed potatoes. 10/10 recommend.

You order a stake 55 cad as a main course and they charge you 10 cad for a side .unacceptable!!! Never seen this before in a restaurant.

Overpriced food, average service, but nice atmosphere.

Service: I think it was decent. The wait for the food was pretty slow (around 15 mins 😭). However, the waiters were nice and could speak both French and English 😀.

Atmosphere: Nice! Unfortunately, I was unable to go inside, but I did like how the bistro was decorated outside.

Food: Overpriced food, and it did not taste the best. For example, a 5 oz burger with fries was $22, and escargot was $16 (for 8 snails and 1 piece of bread). These might not be the best examples, so check the menu 😭. The burger was decent. The escargot was good.

Horrible experience. We waited for over an hour and no food ever came. The waiter was the worst I’ve ever seen – unprofessional, confused, and couldn’t even replace the order properly. On top of that, the place is messy with lots of flyers everywhere, making the atmosphere even worse. Absolutely not recommended.

Terrible experience! We waited for over one hour and still didn’t receive our food. The waiter was the worst I’ve ever seen – completely unprofessional and didn’t even know how to replace an order. The service was unbelievably bad, and we left extremely disappointed. Definitely would not recommend this place.

Had to stop. This time, I had the beef back ribs which were incredible.
