Le Bistro at Bel Air Tremblant

Family of 4, staying on site end of July. The breakfasts were delicious. The avocado toast was original and exceptionally tasty. (3 mornings in a row good!) The Benedict options were very good and the pancakes too.
We had dinner one evening as well : Mahi Mahi ceviche - Delicious! Filet mignon, perfectly cooked - medium rare. All our choices were enjoyable. Calamari a little too salty, but perfect texture.
Excellent service, relaxing atmosphere and chef Mike was friendly, attentive and prepared wonderful dishes! We will return next time we’re in the area.

Très bel emplacement, la bouffe est excellente. Le sympathique chef Mike sait transmettre sa passion dans votre assiette.

Delicious breakfast and brunch. The chef is gifted! The service was excellent. Fantastic attention to detail all around. A worth it drive from tremblant village. A great find and definite repeat in the future.

So good I want to keep it a secret. Had filet steak and egg for breaky. Chef absolutely surpassed my expectations. Will have to go back to this hidden gem.

Booked a reservation for 6pm online at 5:15pm with many other time slots available when we got there only 1 table was in the restaurant and the waitress took 5-10mins to seat us even though she saw us standing there. She finally attended and acknowledged us and gave us the smallest table available even with no customers in the restaurant besides that one table and knowing they had many open time slots. We mentioned this is a small table wouldn’t fit our plates and she told us everything was reserved but I know I saw more availability online when I made the reservation. We just left, maybe the food is great but not the service.

food is good, service is poor. we were four guests and it took 15 min between our first ans last two plates to arrive. Firts plates were then cold. Dogs are walking by in the restaurants, Some might find that cool. i'm not sure to be one of them

Agréable moment en famille. Nous avons extrêmement bien dîner de l'apéritif au dessert!!! Produit frais et cuisine créative. Nous avons retrouvé une touche de cuisine française dans ces plats. Service parfait et détendu. Cadre sympathique. Merci chef Mike !

Had an amazing dinner at this place on a special occasion.
It's not a large place, so reservations are recommended and wouldn't recommend for a quick stop.
EXCEPTIONAL food for the price. Nice ambience and great service. Would definitely come back for a meal, highly recommend for special occasion.

We were the only diners on the night, and we were seated in the Dome. The service across the board was excellent , friendly and comprehensive and it made for one of the best evenings at a restaurant we've ever had. The chef even came out to talk to us as well as the hotel manager, which added to the wonderful service we received from the lady handling the Front of House bit. Between us we had beef and duck, and both were beautifully cooked and presented. The Squid starter was crisp and tasty, and the chocolate mousse and Chefs version of an Afigado with his own coffee ice-cream were equally superb Overall gets a solid 10/10

Unfortunately we ate here on our last day for breakfast I a totally regret it. The breakfast sandwich that I was served, even two weeks later I cannot stop thinking about. It was perfection. The focaccia it was served on was.... well it was indescribable. If that kitchen can do that with a breakfast sandwich I can't imagine what they could do with lunch and dinner. I would fly back to Montreal, rent and car and drive two hours just to eat that sandwich. Seriously.... We should have had every meal here.
