I'd like to say the food was good, but our experience ended after 10 minutes. I couldn't even taste the water. From the moment we entered to the moment we exited, no one spoke to us, greeted us or even looked at us. It's funny because we had reservations and there were around 7 people in the restaurant. A Saturday evening. Weird atmosphere, we could have entered naked and would have gone unnoticed. Then a stone's throw from there, another restaurant, full of people, excellent service, warm atmosphere. Sorry for bothering you.

Service was incredibly slow. Took us 30 minutes for a waitress to serve us, 15 more minutes to get a drink. They gave us a free pitcher because we had to wait, but the food was cold and overcooked by the time it got to us an hour after we arrived. Wasn't impressed, especially considering the $30 burgers.

Le P'tit Caribou is an absolute gem! From the moment we arrived, we were treated with amazing hospitality. Special shoutout to our server, Genevia, who went above and beyond to make our experience perfect. She helped us switch to a table closer to the heater, making our evening so much more comfortable. The food and drinks were fantastic – every bite and sip was worth every penny! Highly recommend this place if you're looking for great food, cozy ambiance, and top-notch service. Thanks, Genevia and the Le P'tit Caribou team, for a memorable night!

Saturday night, found this place as the least populated and with no lines. Seated at the overflow of the outside section. Expected some service if seated, despite it being outside and far from entrance. Not only did no one show up until we asked for someone to take our order, food didnt arrive after a full hour of wait. Went to ask and suddenly magically food was ready after I asked and COLD. Server had clearly forgotten about us as when we went in to check, servers were chatting and completely idle.
Food arrived and was presented cold. Refused and decided to leave at sight of meager portions.
Only saving grace is that the staff kindly did not charge us for our drinks after our grievances. We are thankful for this accommodation.

*The worst restaurant experience of my life*
I hope the restaurant doesn’t just copy and paste their response to this review. Be creative, know how to respond, and fix your service as is customary in ALL of your replies.
From the moment we arrived, we knew something was off. A man at the entrance warned us that the food would take an hour to be served, which we understood given the number of people in Mont Tremblant. Despite that, the disaster began when they didn’t have the type of burger we wanted. We accepted ordering a second option, but in hindsight, we should have left right then.
We patiently waited an hour while watching a group of 5 or 6 people, who arrived after us, receive their complete order 25 minutes before us. Clearly, this restaurant decided to prioritize a larger group over us, just because we were only two people.
When our order finally arrived, it was incomplete. The waitress didn’t even warn us that key ingredients were missing. When we pointed it out, she responded with total unprofessionalism: “So, you don’t want the dish?” Of course, we rejected it. How could they expect us to pay for a burger without fries, without ingredients, without anything? They didn’t have half of the menu available.
I honestly wonder: why don’t they just close the restaurant if they can’t offer decent service? They can’t even communicate properly. It was a disastrous experience from start to finish, and I would never go back.
And to top it all off, when it was time to pay the bill, they charged us for something we didn’t even order. Thanks for the bad service.

Nice atmosphere. Rather large portions for the children, we had to take away the leftovers!

4 “waiters” in an empty establishment, for a cold welcome and to prepare 3 bad coffees for us. We knew that Mont Tremblant was very expensive but paying more than 30 dollars for a latte and two lukewarm “cappuccinos” clearly lattes… it hurts. We are taken from heights more and more (we were coming back from hiking, they are obviously more used to tourists in Moncler than real walkers). The waitress blames the bad coffee on the machine. Wow, we understand that cappuccino is disgusting then. Not able to froth milk but no problem charging more than $10 for it. Tabarnak! So close this establishment and open a real café worthy of the name in Mont Tremblant!
“The manager” upon seeing our dismay and dissatisfaction reduced the bill but still overpriced for the lousy experience we received.

Very loud music, too much for the time of the day. Service is pretty slow. Food is good, but quite expensive even considering the options around the place. Would not recommend the place for anything but clubbing maybe.
