Great place.The food was good (burger and fajitas). Good portion, great taste. Prices are fair for a tourist area, not too overpriced. Service : our waiter was kind as well as all the waiting staff but not really present so expect some good waiting time between each interventions. From my experience it's a general thing when it comes to waiting staff in most restaurants in Tremblant

We visited le shake today June 14th 2025 for dinner around 7.30pm in the evening sat on the table number #100 outside stayed there more than an hour at 8.35 pm we paid .Our experience was really bad. First of all, behavior and attitude of the waitress, she was always in a hurry, never asked if we would like to refill our drinks or needed anything or at least how was the food. Secondly, the delay in delivering the food. Even though, we ordered 1 chicken burger and 1 chicken sandwich at the same time, chicken sandwich came almost 30 minutes later. And finally the food, we ordered chicken burger and chicken wings, which were good, but the chicken sandwich was awful. It was tasteless and dry. Overall, very disappointing experience for us.

Really happy with our experience here. I’ve been here twice today - once earlier for pints and fries and then tonight for dinner.
Drinks are great (and strong) - had a Negroni and a Gin and Tonic. Both wonderful.
Food is delicious. I had the slider burger trio - very good. My husband had the wings.
Service is great and atmosphere is wonderful. Highly recommend.
If I could give 0 stars for this restaurant I would. Absolutely horrible service; the server didn’t write the order down and got it wrong. After waiting 15 minutes to get a server to take our drink order, we continued to wait. The food initially arrived and they forgot to add chicken to the nachos. We sent it back and 20 mins it came back with chicken and it was cold. The server then disappeared for 30mins and we then had to ask her for the rest of the order. The rest of the order came relatively quickly but it was placed on the table with no ask if additional drinks would like to be ordered. So after requesting another beer we waited and our meals were half done by the time it arrived. We then waited another 20mins to get the bill. We could have walked out without paying and I don’t think the server would have noticed until close. If you want a great restaurant experience in Mont Tremblant stay away from this place!!!!!!
