Said to close at 9:30 p.m., I showed up around 8 p.m. (November 20) with several people inside and was told that it was closed very rudely. I will never return and I do not recommend.

Really happy with our experience here. I’ve been here twice today - once earlier for pints and fries and then tonight for dinner.

Drinks are great (and strong) - had a Negroni and a Gin and Tonic. Both wonderful.

Food is delicious. I had the slider burger trio - very good. My husband had the wings.

Service is great and atmosphere is wonderful. Highly recommend.

If I could give 0 stars for this restaurant I would. Absolutely horrible service; the server didn’t write the order down and got it wrong. After waiting 15 minutes to get a server to take our drink order, we continued to wait. The food initially arrived and they forgot to add chicken to the nachos. We sent it back and 20 mins it came back with chicken and it was cold. The server then disappeared for 30mins and we then had to ask her for the rest of the order. The rest of the order came relatively quickly but it was placed on the table with no ask if additional drinks would like to be ordered. So after requesting another beer we waited and our meals were half done by the time it arrived. We then waited another 20mins to get the bill. We could have walked out without paying and I don’t think the server would have noticed until close. If you want a great restaurant experience in Mont Tremblant stay away from this place!!!!!!

I recently visited le shack montremblent and had a disappointing experience with the service at the front desk. Upon arrival, I requested a table near the fire, but was told that none were available. However, just 10 seconds later, I watched as another couple was seated at one of the shared fire tables. When I questioned the front desk about it, I was told that the table was full when I had asked, which was clearly not the case.

I was then seated at a table that was unstable. When I requested to move to a different table, the same front desk lady told me that no other tables were available. Strangely enough, there was an open table right in front of us. After five frustrating minutes of dealing with this, I decided to leave.

It's unfortunate that the poor service at the front desk overshadowed what could have been an enjoyable evening. I hope the restaurant addresses this
