The worst place you can go to eat I spent at 3:45 in the morning to eat a grilled Pollet that was inedible too dry I don't know how long it was in the stove and very hardI asked for breakfast, there was none, I wanted to wait until 4 a.m., the drive-thru employee told me that it's not sure that I can have my breakfastI would have preferred to be reimbursed instead of persisting and it's not the first time that the MC Do has disappointed me

Really one of the worst experiences in the entire Canada the ( Black )guy at window really gave cold n unetable fries and on top of it he gaves few fries as if he was doing any favors by serving us the fires.

I don’t usually leave a review but wow they are rude. I was nicely asking for a yes or no question, they just left and asked us to keep the car moving. Tim Hortons next door would be better.

Store hours posted as open but when we arrived only the drive thru was open.I’ve never found placing an order at McDonalds so difficult in my life. My partner is fully French speaking as he is from here so there was no issue of translation. The person taking our order made the entire transaction difficult by having us repeat our order multiple times and saying “whaaaaaaat” in a high pitch voice after almost every item… it got old quickly.We ordered 4 sandwiches, 2 of them being meals. Then on the side we ended up ordering extra hash browns and beverages, which we asked to put in a combo with the extra sandwiches. They apparently could not do this … ??? Not sure why because they didn’t give a reason. So I guess we paid extra because he didn’t want to adjust the items into a combo.Then when we asked for a toasted English Muffin with PB/Jam on the side they said they couldn’t make it because they don’t have that. All other 4 sandwiches came on English Muffins…Hash browns were covered in black flakes. Gross.There is another McDonalds literally 3 mins down the street. Save your patience and money and go there instead.

Have to agree with a previous post describing this Mcdonalds as gross. I was in the mens washroom and in the next stall a dude in a black work shirt came out and left without washing their hands. Another dirty bird I thought but my god when I finished and returned to order my food, that same nasty dude is an employee behind the counter. GROSS!! I just left.

This mcdonalds was closing 2 hours early. They didnt have alot of the items.
I'm glad I get the electronic receipt so I can report these crooks to corporate office. I had called earlier in the day and been told they'll close at 2 PM on Canada Day. I ordered using the app and when I arrived at 1 PM, they're already closing up. I had to walk to the back of the building as the staff who could see me, ignored my tapping on glass front door with my phone's order pick up # showing. At their back door, a manager told me that they were closing early due to power cut, despite the power of having been restored for 20 minutes now and falsely said I would not be charged. I asked if he knew of any place where I could buy kids burgers. He said nothing would be open. I headed to A&W and saw the McDonald's near them was open and very busy. Looking at other reviews, you can see why.

It wasn't open so I had to hit tims right next door for breakfast, everytime we drove by the armored curtain was up at the cash. Spent 4 days in the area and we didn't see it open once. What a waste.

Everywhere online says this McDonalds closes at 4, but we are here at 3 and no one is here. There is no McDonalds close by going west.
