One of my favorite restaurants in the Tremblant area, but finally getting to writing a review. During this most recent visit we walked in around 7pm without a reservation (I would recommend getting on in advance) we were seated in about 10min. The hostess let use know that the kitchen was backed up as she was seating us. We found that the food still came out in a timely manner and was exceptionally good in comparison to other brasserie styled dishes. We ordered the French onion soup, duck poutine fries and fish & chips meal. Every dish was very flavorful. The fish was cooked very well with a crispy crunch. In the past I’ve tried some of the burgers etc which are also good, but the fish and chips is what I’d recommend to a first timer. Be sure to try one of the Saint Arnould signature beers if you’re of age.On this particular visit there was live music, an added plus.

Nous sommes allés pour souper hier soir, hamburger très,très ordinaire,il manquait champignons,oignons caramélisés et moutarde dijonnaise,nous en avons fait part à la serveuse qui était très sympathique mais ça n’a pas eu un gros impact à part des excuses. Terrible burger: bun was grainy and floury, meat was tasteless, extremely low quality and smelled borderline. Fries good, salad okay. Decor good, service decent, not too loud. Go there only if you must.

In summary, despite having specified our allergy to dairy products, our plate contained butter. The waitress was not aware that butter comes from cows, therefore a dairy product. Then the manager yelled at us for not having an epipen to prove our allergy. It would be beneficial for the restaurant to offer food health training to better recognize different food groups, especially dairy products, to avoid similar situations. This experience was very unpleasant due to my medically diagnosed allergy.
