This was a horrible experience. We ordered our food for delivery, which arrived two hours late, cold, and with half the order missing. When we called the restaurant they sent the driver back with the other half but one hour later. When contacting the customer service - as noted by other poor reviews here - we got a runaround which came to no end.

I had a late lunch by myself by the fireplace, looking outside. Qiet and space with nice music in the background.

Food was amazing as usual. Service was too slow and I am still waiting for mt diet coke. There were 4 table occupied, yet it took us close to 2 hours to get the food and eat.

Had an amazing lunch at **Rôtisserie St-Hubert** today, thanks to **Robby**! His service was top-notch, quick. He recommended the **classic rotisserie chicken** with the St-Hubert sauce, and it was cooked to perfection!

What really stood out was Robby’s kindness and professionalism. He checked on us at just the right times. His friendly vibe made our meal even more enjoyable.

If you’re stopping by for lunch, hope you get Robby as your server, he’s the best! **Merci beaucoup** for a fantastic dining experience!

We ordered a grilled half chicken, but instead we received a rotisserie chicken. When we asked about it, we were told that we should have requested a specific sauce. We explained that we weren’t aware of this and that it should have been clearly explained to us when ordering. Unfortunately, the staff remained silent and didn’t even offer an apology.

What made the experience more disappointing is that the waiter couldn’t speak English, even though the restaurant is located in a tourist area where basic communication should be expected.
