Service was mediocre. The restaurant was not full but we had to wait to be seated, then wait to place our order. It almost felt like we were bothering them. The food was decent, but nothing to be excited about. I would only return if there were no other options.

Nothing to say so much . Thank you to a waitress very friendly but the waiter not smiling. Boy ! I am craving for the waffle that morning . You noticed my waffle burn but they will replace it and very good warm and crunchy. I HOPE THEY FOUND MY WEDDING RING THERE

After 9 years: disappointing. 2014:Price-wise was not that bad, but taste-wise was awful. And I had the eggs mixed with fruits which I hated it. It seems that they are saving napkins.

The poutine Arôme is massive, heavy, and deeply satisfying if you come hungry - I highly recommend. I am not sure if this is common, but I unfortunately had a poor service experience; I waited 25 minutes for the food to arrive, and it was the wrong dish. I waited another 20 minutes for the right dish to come out. I arrived just after they opened, so they were not busy at all; there seems to be no explanation for this. I came very hungry, so the long wait was brutal. I have never walked out of a restaurant but I was close.

In the center of Mont Tremblant, we were 7 people, despite there were loads of people they found us a place right away. The service very fast and kind and the food was a pleasant surprise, cause I asked for not fried eggs and potatoes and they had em both! 🥲🤩 everywhere i go everything is fried. Good prices! Recommended 😊

1) the food was avarage. I would not get back here for food but it was not horrible or disgusting. 2) the atmosphere was avarage too. I took 2 stars for the wait time since free tables were there but not enough waiters to sit people. 3) the service was the most rude and annoying for the last 15 years we travel. Never in my life waitress demanded to give her tips. firstly, waitress included free coffee in our check cause she forgot we arrived before 11. After check was fixed, she stood above me looking in my wallet and how I browse cash. The check was for 70cad and I had only 100cad, so I asked the change. While waitress was browsing for change, I spoke to my hubby in our mother tongue asking how much we gonna leave for tips cause both of us did not like the place. Waitress gave me 30cad change and then showed me the check saying that here are tips recomendations I have to pay because service is not included. I looked at her and with all certancy replied that as far as I know tips are not mandatory and are given for good service and expirience. But waitress did not stop here and continue demanding me to pay at least 15% - 10cad for her service, because she brought me food and will clean the table after us. I told her that I do not want to give her tips and sarcastically asked her if I am free to go while moving out from our table. However, she continued that it is very sad cause I am leaving her without money she honestly earned.
We were in rush to go home because today is my husband birthday, otherwise I would love to speak to a manager to ask why his staff demand tips they do not deserve from clients? Tips are not mandatory, tips are given for excelent service and up to a customer choice.
PS: this waitress took the order and brought the check but not the one who brought the food and took the plates.
