Excellent meal with great wine. Server was very knowledgeable. Had the 4 course and my partner had the steak. All of it was really good. The chef’s creations and flavor profiles really worked well together and the food was great. Great fine dining option.

It is always an amazing evening at SEb and last night was again a highlight of our ski week in Tremblant. Our 10 year old declared the seafood soffocato his best dish ever, our daughter loved the venison orecchiette as a main, parents really enjoyed the foie, mackerel, venison and rabbit. The crepes to finish were also declared the best ever. The service was excellent, especially as the maître d’ had to work around our gin rummy card game between courses. If you have an opportunity to dine at SEb during your visit, go!

I will start with the positive by saying a few of our starting dishes in our tasting menu were truly unique, interesting, and quite tasty. That’s where the positives end here.Unfortunately, I think there’s a mismatch between how this restaurant portrays itself to be and what the customer actually experiences. While some dishes were good, others really missed the mark due to poor execution (overcooked protein or missed seasoning) or unoriginality in the context of a tasting menu. The wines that were paired with the meal were probably the most common & highest-volume cheap wines that you could’ve found front-and-center at any SAQ. The price/cost multiple for our pairings here was egregious - higher than the priciest restaurants I’ve been to in the US or CA.We did the smaller of the tasting menus and we were here for 3+ hours with a good chunk of the time spent without food, drink, or even water. Kitchen, service, and front of house all seemed disconnected. We made reservations two months in advance and got a corner seat next to an empty/unused bar backed-up to a walkway at a table that was lit with two daylight/bright-blue, cold LED lights. We were told at our white table cloth table to scan the QR code to view the unoptimized, non-user friendly menu online. I understand these are petty details but it all compounds to an experience that misses the mark for a place that sells itself as a place to embark on an elevated, refined, unique, creative culinary & dining experience while charging a premium as such.

This restaurant is outstanding. It was one of the most memorable dining experiences I’ve ever had. We enjoyed the four course meal with wine pairing and everything tasted wonderful. The woman who attended and served us was incredible. She added a personal touch to this dinner. We had a cozy spot near the wine cellar that made the whole evening even more amazing. We hope to return.

Only 4 stars because a lot of options from the menu were missing. Because it's a digital one maybe they could adjust it depending on availability. Pretty good service (on the longer side though, but the lack of personnel is affecting everyone) and very very good food.

Very bad food. Soup looks like it came from a can. They force a $150 per person tasting menu with no choices.
