Je suis à la Tour des voyageurs pour un séjour. En voulant passer ou un axe routier pour venir me stationner à ladite tour (à l'intersection entre Chem. Des Voyageurs et Chem. Du Curé Deslauriers), j'ai tenté de demander des indications à un de vos signaleurs, François (homme grandeur moyenne de 5'09 environ 170lbs avec une barbe brune de quelques centimères de long) je crois. C'est le deuxième signaleur après une dame situé au croisement du chemin de la Chappelle et Chemin des Voyageurs. En plus de totalement ignorer ma question, ce dernier m'a littéralement insulté alors que je voulais juste savoir si je pouvais passer pour aller me stationner à la tour. Il m'a traité, crié après d'une agressivité soudaine et je cite de ''criss de chintok t'es bein cave, décalisse par là-bas je t'ai dit tout en tannant sur le capot'', il pointait de tourner et de continuer vers les stationnements P3-P4-P5 au lieu de tourner vers la tour. Le tout s'est déroulé vers 15h15, je ne sais pas si vous seriez en mesure de vérifier sur les caméras l'incident. Je me suis rendu au P5 avant de parler à quelqu'un d'autre qui me faisait tourner de bord, car je devais retourner vers l'hôtel qui était à l'opposé. Tout cela m'a fait perdre 45 mins.
Je dois vous avouer que je suis totalement outré de l'attitude et de l'impolitesse de votre employé. Je suis convaincu que ce n'est pas le type de service que vous voulez donner aux visiteurs.

Perdre la moitié de son temps à attendre aux toilettes, check. Sanitaires insalubres, check. Aucun accommodement pour les personnes à mobilité réduite. Faut être jeune et en santé sinon on s’en crisse. Ça ne donne pas envie d’y retourner.

So, I’m not one to leave reviews in general and especially not bad reviews, but I guess there’s a first time for everything. The skyline luge activity was a huge disappointment for me and my kids. They make it look like the wait is not so long at the bottom (30 minutes) but when you have already bought your $130 tickets and get to the top, you have to wait another hour before your first ride down. You’re stuck waiting in the full sun with no water … I didn’t expect tremblant to be the Quebec Disney world. We asked to go down on the chair lift and they refused. So we hiked it down on a steep path. Customer service was closed by the time we got down. The employees were doing their best but clearly the management is just trying to maximize the buck and minimize the client experience. Go do mission laser tag instead and don’t spend money on the overpriced bad experience. Sadly

My wife and I visited Mont Tremblant over the weekend and we took the cable car in town to The Gand Manitou. Wow, the view on the way up and at the top was amazing. There are 360 views, as this is the highest peak. Lots to do and see and highly recommended!

Not only a nice place to rest and warm up, the meal choices are very good. We enjoyed a wide variety of items over the course of a week. Everything was fresh and inviting.
