"If you come to this Starbucks, I hope you speak French, or save yourself the trouble because they don't speak English. Also, be prepared to have a lot of time on your hands because, despite having six people working, they're extremely slow. You could be waiting over 30 minutes to get your order."

The girl at the drive-thru was extremely rude to my husband (October 6, 10:20 am).. she apparently only had $5 of change left in her cash register so refused to give us change, saying she had to keep it for potentially other customers… um we are also customers, why can't we be the customer who receives our change? Or else give us $5 in exchange for $1 and $2... I didn't understand his fixation on not wanting to give us $5 in exchange! Then my husband asked her if he could give her back her old empty coffee cup, but instead of telling us no if she didn't have a trash can nearby to throw it away... she took the cardboard cup to throw it away. throw at him… no but seriously?! But what’s his problem?! At the time we didn't react so much that we were shocked, but for my part, being a former Starbucks employee myself, I find it UNADMITABLE! I thought Starbucks was a company that prided itself on customer service, such behavior would never have been tolerated in any of the establishments where I worked. I regret not having taken the employee's name in order to make an official complaint. This drive-thru cashier is in serious trouble. If she has a bad day, don't take it out on the customers! GREAT LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM!

I waited 30 minutes for a coffee and a croissant that I finally got cold. The staff was rude I witnessed stupid responses to several customers who were waiting for several minutes. The manager used aggressive language and was of no help to anyone in the restaurant. There were more than 20 people waiting for our orders. Completely unacceptable.

I would have liked to spend the 45 minutes waiting for my simple latte differently! Very busy branch, extremely slow service, employees who have no sense of customer service. I felt that they were stressed from serving so many customers and that they were not well supported to deal with this type of situation.
