The rest of the drinks were fine but the hot chocolate they made were disgusting. The kids explained it as half hot water, some milk and leftover chocolate that wasn’t fully stirred it.

The employee changed the garbage bag while making my drink and did not wash his hands afterwards... It did seem like he was new, but this is basic knowledge... Already the drink was 8$, I think your customers deserve better. I'm sure a health inspector would have really liked this.

This Starbucks is more often closed than it is open.Almost every time I want something from this location it’s a hassle. Drive through is always blocked by a vehicle (so as to not allow cars through) and even after parking then walking to the door there is a bogus hand typed sign saying closed even though there are people inside and cars in the parking lot.
