J'ai eu une expérience très insatisfaisante pour deux motifs principaux. D'une part, le système d'accumulation de points via l'application ne fonctionnait pas depuis plusieurs jours, selon ce qu'on m'a informé. Il n'y avait aucune possibilité de revenir ultérieurement avec la facture pour ajouter des points, ni aucune forme de compensation proposée, telle qu'un rabais ou autre. D'autre part, malgré ma demande explicite pour un thé sans sucre, la boisson servie était sucrée. Face à ma réclamation, le personnel a insisté sur le fait qu'aucun sucre n'avait été ajouté. Cet aspect était particulièrement crucial car la personne consommant le thé est diabétique. Nous avons accepté la réponse du personnel en bonne foi, pensant que le goût sucré provenait peut-être du thé lui-même. Cependant, environ dix minutes après avoir terminé sa boisson, cette personne s'est sentie mal et, après vérification, a constaté que son taux de sucre dans le sang était anormalement élevé. Cette négligence est préoccupante et je tiens le personnel du Starbucks de Mont Tremblant pour responsable de ne pas avoir respecté notre demande pour une boisson non sucrée. Cette attitude témoigne d'un manque de responsabilité envers la clientèle de la part de cet établissement.

I went to have a coffee with my kids we were about to leave and my little one wanted again to buy something. She was walking and accidentally something felt next to her and an employee named Ahmed forced us to pay for the cup that felt. We found this was unfair but that employee insisted and before we were to leave he went to get a security guy. We paid $40 to avoid more problems and this employee named Ahmed threw to the garbage the cup we have paid? Come on? I would like to be contacted by the owner of this Starbucks and for that employee to be reprimanded. Worst experience ever!

The location is amazing. More seating or a bigger location would be beneficial especially during busy season. I don’t like how you can’t pre order on the app and they don’t take your star points.Team members do work hard and often times they remember you from the day before and know your order
