The staff has ignored me as I don’t speak French (I’m not Canadian). While I was trying to order sandwiches for my family, the 2 girls served 4 other clients in between my order. As a results the first sandwiches were cold by the time they finally bothered to make the last one. Rude. Apparently they don’t want tourists in a touristic town.

We stopped by this Subway with my family and had a really great experience. The place was clean, the staff were super friendly, and they made our sandwiches just the way we wanted. Everything was fresh and tasted great. My family loved it too! It was a quick, easy, and enjoyable stop. Highly recommend !

This subway location was really good, we were a big group and we ordered 10 footlongs online in their busy lunch hours, when we went there to pick up there was a big line of customers already but they still made our subs so perfectly and fully loaded with veggies. Really appreciate the effort, I think there was the store owner/ manager present and he was really helpful and made perfect subs for us.

Highly disappointed with the service. The lady was very rude. I donot know her name but very uncooperative. Highly unacceptable behaviour. As a tourist we felt very partiality. Please never visit this place again. The lady was a closing girl. We requested a lot to her but she was one of the rudest person i have ever met in Quebec. As well as she make a order of the person comes after us as because that customer was local and speaks french. we requested a lot but she did not make our order . This is so unfair behaviour. Please avoid going to this subway.

Most hopeless subway in Quebec. The old man for the order taking is a waste and very rude. Felt racism. I speak French and he still talked in English and didn't give me what we needed and argued unnecessarily. He should be removed.

Google indicates that the restaurant closes at 10:00 p.m., I arrive 45 minutes before closing and the restaurant is closed, the door is barred with 10 young people sitting at a table making fun of me. What exactly is the joke?
