Highly disappointed with the service. The lady was very rude. I donot know her name but very uncooperative. Highly unacceptable behaviour. As a tourist we felt very partiality. Please never visit this place again. The lady was a closing girl. We requested a lot to her but she was one of the rudest person i have ever met in Quebec. As well as she make a order of the person comes after us as because that customer was local and speaks french. we requested a lot but she did not make our order . This is so unfair behaviour. Please avoid going to this subway.

Most hopeless subway in Quebec. The old man for the order taking is a waste and very rude. Felt racism. I speak French and he still talked in English and didn't give me what we needed and argued unnecessarily. He should be removed.

Vegetarian options: Staff is definitely rude. 2 persons were assembling the sandwiches and one at the cash register. Whole menu in French so asking for wheat bread was totally confusing male staff. The. The sandwich was completed by the middle aged lady who banged her sauce containers and seemed to have a sour express the whole time. Don’t know if that is the attitude of the subway staff here in Quebec or just this Subway location. So, vegetarians avoid this place.
