Really disappointed with this place!
I ordered a pad thai last week via the online platform. I went to pick up my order and I live 20 minutes from the restaurant. When I opened my meal at home, the meal was C-a-l-c-i-born. Impossible to eat me, he tasted burnt, it was not edible.
I attempted to contact the restaurant to discuss the situation and left a voicemail (this was last Thursday) and no one called me back and I never managed to speak with anyone. I tried to call back the next day and no answer.

Newly reopened. Same service, same bad food. Charge $16 for a Thai poutine with 2 giant tiger chicken sticks and drowned in sauce... can't wait for the REAL poutine from Benny's. First and last time at your place

I was very disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The rice was uncooked which ruined the whole dish. Additionally, the vegetables were in very small quantities and cut into large pieces, which was not at all pleasant to eat. To top it all off, all the tables were dirty which gives a bad impression upon entry. I really do not recommend this establishment.

This is literally the worst food i have ever experienced in a restaurant. I don’t say this lightly, but honestly there was literally nothing good about the food. I want to find something positive with it but i just cant. If you’re the owner and you see this message then you need to fix this issue.

They don't know the ingredients of their own menu items. The person who took our order said the Wonton Chicken Soup didn’t contain chicken. When I asked what was in it, they asked a colleague and then said, 'Oh, it is chicken.' Despite dining in, we were given plastic plates and cutlery. Although we ordered a large portion, the serving we received was much smaller than what was shown on the menu. We paid $35 for two people and left still hungry. We stopped by because of the high rating, but this place is far from deserving it. The total value of what we ate could not have been more than $15. Truly disappointing. It was a bad experience.

A little disappointed with our fried rice which was slightly burnt (vegetables) but the burnt taste was very present. The welcome was very warm and the place was clean and welcoming.
