We ordered five basic items, with no added/substituted items. After waiting 30 minutes, and checking politely a few times, we received the wrong order, and it was not well made. We have pretty normal standards, but this felt quite ridiculous. We will not be returning.

Ordered wedges and was given burnt, dry as a rock, shrivelled left over pieces from probably the previous batch of wedges they cooked. I was looking at them packing it through the window, the person looked so embarrassed and asked the cashier to cover her while it was packed. (See attached picture) Pathetic! Can’t believe this is the standards of a Tims that is near a tourist spot.

Been to this Timmy's a few times on my way back from hikes and have no complaints. However, I've only stopped in for coffee. The staff was a bit slow each time, but it was nothing overly frustrating.

They have good services, lots of customers, busy spot, toilets failed badly + was dirty , good working young guys I saw there, wishing good luck to them as I know it's hard to work at Tim with minimal wage and long hours standing.

All the employees were overwhelmed and the drive-thru seemed to be prioritized despite the 20 people waiting in the store. We waited 27 minutes.

My latte had no coffee, only hot milk.

There was a shortage of staff, that’s for sure.

Brutal service!!! A year earlier we waited over 30 minutes to be served. Here we are again and nothing has changed. The floors were dirty as well. Seriously understaffed. They know this is a busy weekend and it appears they don't care about their customers.
