We spent more then 30 mins in the line - customer service was horrible- drive 5 more mins elsewhere !
This location seems to have the best tasting brew . Their coffee tastes so much like it used to be! Why it is so different than other locations I dont know. But both my husband and I noticed it immediately.

Used Drive thru, order taking staff was unable to understand order in English except in French. So, resulted in coffee like no taste. On a positive note: Suggestion is to hire some staff which understands orders other than in French as well as this village is a tourist spot.

I had a really disappointing experience at Tim Hortons recently. I ordered a large Blackberry Quencher with no
ice, as I usually do. To my surprise, they handed me a cup that was only about half full. When I asked about it, I was told, “Without ice, we only fill it this much.”
This has never happened to me before at any Tim Hortons location. I've ordered drinks with less ice many times, and they've always been filled properly. It felt like I was being shortchanged for simply requesting less ice – something that's pretty common.
I expected better consistency and customer service. Hopefully this isn’t a new standard, because it left a really bad impression.
30+ minutes to wait for an iced Capp and coffee is crazy. Iced Capp sat for 10 mins before handing it off. Had to get them to remake it and then they almost let us sit for another 10 had I not spoken up. Do not order from the screens - wait in the line at the till.
