The staff was extremely rude. We ordered two coffees through the self-service kiosk and waited, but no one brought them to us. When I approached one of the staff members, who was chatting with a colleague, to ask for help with our order, he responded, I have way more important things to do. After disappearing for a couple of minutes, he returned and was incredibly rude toward us.

Very very very slow drive thru. How can it take that long????? It’s supposed to save time but here at this location drive thruway will waste your time and Im not sure whether going inside would save your time or not. If you need more people, hire please.
