It’s a pub so not much expected
But hospitality needs to be worked on
This is a tourist spot should feel welcoming
Need to have more options on food
$37 for a large cheese only pizza is outrageous
That’s also thin crust!
Need big changes to make it worth going to

Pizza was just ok. Service was terrible. The server was rude and was clearly put out by having people at the restaurant. Do not recommend.

Server lady is rude. Crying about not being tipped when she's doing minimal work. Pay your employees higher wages so they don't cry about not getting tipped for just punching in my order. Tips are for a great service; not just to punch in an order. Will not be coming back to this dirty place with terrible staff.

Waited 1.5 hrs for one pizza; I've never waited this long for food in my life. The lady taking orders at the front was taking shots and flirting nonstop with customers while working. Customers were waiting in line right in front of her and she just kept flirting? Many people were
barely aknowledged by any of the servers. Our food was finally ready and packed but we had to force a server to give it to us or it'd be sitting there for who knows how long. They were so unprofessional and the pizza was not great.

Overpriced, there is no relation between the size (10'' 16'') and actual size.
The small pizza is good. The big one is shifty frozen pizza

Giving 2 stars because the pizza was good. Service was poor. I joined my family after they started eating and was never approached by the server to offer food/drink. I paid cash for the meal and the server approached the table with some change and stated she would keep what she didn’t give me as tip. Stated she had no more change. Poor experience.

Very Bad Experience- Never go here. Employees were eating on the counter in front of us, while serving us and other customers. Food in their mount and dont mind to wash their hands. Moreover, I clearly saw them doing this - they were about to deliver a take out order of a client, but before that they put a slice of their own cold pizza that they were eating into the box and take out hot slices from the customer’s order, so that they can eat a hot slices, as the pizza that they were eating was same as of the pizza that client had ordered.
That was so unhygienic and unprofessional. I was upset by watching this and I don’t want to give them any tip as they did not even bother to wash their hands before giving me my order, as they were eating at the counter.
The lady serving us forced us to pay a tip that its mendatory to give a tip and passed a racial comment to us being an immigrant while forcing us to give her a tip - that don’t come to their place again.

Definitely I will never go, after witnessing that you guys eats from clients orders and put back your left pizza slices back in the same boxes.

We came for dinner, visiting from Ottawa.
They were very short staff, so the wait was long but absolutely worth it. Pizza was amazing! Staff was friendly, helpful, and very apologetic about the wait time. Would recommend to any pizza lovers

The pizza was clearly frozen which is apparent when the undercarriage was thin, soft, and soggy. It costed over $100 with tips included for two large pizzas...

Additionally, we were one of the few customers to be seated, yet it took them 10 minutes to give us water after they took our order. They basically never spoke a word aside from giving glances, getting us seated, and taking our order. Even after we finished eating, we had to collect our own plates and give it to them...

If I'm going to a restaurant again, it won't be this one.

The texan pizza is beyond amazing, i dont think there is a better midnight snack than this! Their onion rings are amazing as well!

I tried this place after visiting tremblant with friends for the first time, pizza was pretty decent, and the service was amazing, quick and super friendly staff, Charlotte made us feel like we were regulars
