Excellent lunch au Colosse, le meilleur smoke house essayé jusqu’à présent et mon mari en fait beaucoup à la maison et nous avons développé notre palais avec le temps et on en a essayé plusieurs aux USA.

Tout était absolument incroyable! Mention spéciale à la brisket et aux frites cajun, c'était vraiment exceptionnel. Bel endroit, personnel ultra chaleureux, un resto à découvrir !
seul hic est le sandwich cubano. il est au poulet et du poulet a Cuba c'est aussi rare que du caca de p...
la viande qu'il y a en quantité et que les cubains mange c'est du porc!!!
