My girlfriend invited me for my party, I was very excited to spend the night there however I was very disappointed with the room, we had no view, as in the photos and the furnishings were outdated, I would have thought I was back in the 80s. The bathroom was not at all pleasant to use, it seemed more like a staff room. There was nothing safe to connect to the CPap machine, only a poor quality wire. The old stone walls really add charm to the exterior.we had a good dinner, good ingredients and well executed.Ordinary lunch. In their all-inclusive package, you have to add extras for certain ordinary dishes which is frustrating and limits the choices, if I am offered a package I would like to take full advantage of the lunch menu without being penalized, it's not eggs that are expensive .The service was good but the poor quality of the room forces me to give a bad rating. I may return for dinner only but not accommodation or lunch.Parking: Free parking, limited availability and difficult to find

We went for brunch and were blown away. Everything on the menu looks delicious, and the prices are reasonable. I had the brunch plate and it was so good: the real tourtière, the potatoes perfectly cooked, the decadent jam, the crispy bacon. All in a beautiful rustic atmosphere. The only downside was the extremely slow service from our waitress. All the steps were laborious, the needs were not anticipated. That being said, despite the slowness, the service was friendly.

Perfect for a romantic dinner, with family or friends. The service is great and what can we say about the braised beef tartare from St-Claire ?

We stayed one night and had breakfast the next day via a package from the package. We were in room 17 which was really beautiful and cute! For the room, the only negative point was that it was cold, even with the heating at 24 degrees. The rest was superb! For lunch we received great service and the food was very good. There were only two choices in the package, however, which disappointed us a little. Overall, a superb inn with a very nice character!

Very disapointed. In our group, including children, adults and seniors, few enjoyed the meal. Much too salty, not very tasty or, even, very hard to chew (bacon/brisket). What we ate did not live up to our expectations. For example, my mother stopped eating her risotto because it was sweet (?!) and she was unable to eat her meat because it was so hard to chew. Also, it was a long time before we got our plates, especially for dessert... It was slow... but the waitress was super friendly, really nice. In short, for gourmet cuisine, I won't come back. I preferred my brunch in a pizzeria in Quebec, for ⅓ of the price. ?

The breakfasts are excellent. Local products, the person who served us smiling and attentive. I'm going back as soon as possible!!

Excellent ancestral inn.....everything is perfect, the rooms especially the suite...the decor...the meals and not forgetting the kindness of everyone....the employees and the owners.... .not to be missed when coming to Montmagny....

A rare 10/10 for a breakfast. Beautiful historic inn but more importantly, quality food. The menu is varied and encourages local producers (Quebec) from all over. Would highly recommend for breakfast.

Delicious meal, pleasant atmosphere, very affordable prices. One of my favorite restaurants in Quebec. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Reservation for a wedding anniversary. We confirmed the menu before traveling to be certain. When we arrived, grilled cheese and poutine...None of what had been heard when booking. The toilets are unsanitary and I have no words for the smell. Reduce your opening hours if you don't have qualified staff instead of sullying your name and reputation
