Ordered online at 8:25 pm. They were supposed close 10 pm but saw a notice in the door saying they close at 9pm due to under staff. And when i arrive in the store at 8:30 the whole store was closed no one in there but why taking order and charging us if we are not gonna get served. And refund is almost impossible as i tried contacting different numbers and emails but none of them works. Not even customer service speaks english. This is really hard when visitor from different place who doesn’t know french comes in here for a good experience but leave with a bad one.

The service was terrible. I arrived at 9 PM, and my family was already seated at the table. They left my order on the table, and a female staff member frowned and went to remove the chairs. The employees were visibly upset among themselves, as if we were trying to sit down. Even after we left, other customers came in, and everyone had to park in front of the store to eat. The last customer left at 9:40 PM, and they locked the doors immediately after that.

The server (French) was somewhat rude to the English speaking customers ahead of us, and then not happy with me as I attempted to translate for them. The chicken was below average for what I expect at a KFC, it was greasy and lacked flavor. Overall, was disappointed with the experience.

Bought a 8 piece family deal. The chicken thighs and chicken breast were cut in half to make 2 pieces out of one piece. I was not impressed by these actions of Shrinkflation.

Employees are friendly but every visits they are swearing about their job and keep complaining to others how miserable they are. I feel for them but as a customer, we simply don't want to hear it... it ruins our visit every time and makes every customer uncomfortable.
