I have attempted to order a pizza my last two visits to Montmagny. I was used to ordering by phone, but that was not possible so I ordered online-twice. And each time after one hour had elapsed and no pizza had been delivered, I tried phoning and the first time was told there was no order. Today no one spoke English, so I asked the hotel clerk to speak to the pizzeria . Again no order. I have ordered pizza from Salvatore's for years and get emails and texts frequently, but apparently now I cannot put in an order. Sorry to say you have lost my business. We ordered from another restaurant by phone, and had delivery in 20 minutes.

My daughter placed an order at 5:00 p.m. so we could have dinner at 6:00 p.m. We received our order at 6:40 p.m. Called the restaurant to ask why it took so long. We are told that 1h30 is the normal time for an order. We canceled our order. Really bad service!

Waiting time for delivery services 1h30 it was supposed to be 45 min I asked for 4 7" pizzas, one with chicken, one veggie, 2 Mediterranean and I received 2 veggie and one Mediterranean and chicken service worked...
