j'ai été tellement déçu ce midi. la rive égale les meilleurs frites. j'ai toujours donné un 10 sur 10. Mais a midi.... tellement déçu. Ma poutine avait a peine de la sauce, les frites vraiment pas bonne. on aurait dit des frites réchauffer au micro onde. Ma collègue et moi avons même redemander de la sauce. Je sais pas ce qu'il y avait aujourd'hui mais vraiment déçu.

We waited in line for over 40 minutes and never even got seated so we left after speaking to the staff. The young lady that greeted us when we came in and asked how many, told us we were standing on the wrong side. This makes no sense as she was the one who asked how many, asked us again and another lady also confirmed we were waiting for a table for 2. My husband is 6 foot 6 so is very hard to miss. This restaurant is busy so staff need to take your name when you come in. Terrible service and simply bad management. Because of this we are currently sitting in another restaurant happily spending our money

First, thank u for being open on a Monday evening. Food and service were excellent and we really enjoyed our dinner. Portions are large. Our waitress did a perfect job speaking English. ❤️

I hate to leave a one star review, however as we were just visiting, this will be the only chance I get to try out this establishment. Our family ordered pizza and wings to our hotel and even though the service was very friendly and the order came very quickly. The pizza arrived uncut. As we are staying in a hotel, all we had was a plastic knife to try and cut the pizza for everyone. The wings were very good, however, we asked for barbeque sauce and received gravy for the wings. unfortunately, the uncut pizza was soggy and tasteless. It’s too bad because we saw so many great reviews. I think maybe we just caught them on and off night, but the off night is the only night we get opportunity to try out their food if you are staying in this town for one night I would recommend trying somewhere else
