Atrocious service, long everything is cold 40 minute wait for 1 cream cheese bagel 1 wrap and 3 coffees… my bagel is plain the rest is cold to avoid

Having worked 15 years in catering I have never seen anything like that 30 minutes of waiting for orders and in addition full of errors the staff is not qualified shameful...

Very very very very very long. 20 minutes for a coffee then an error in the order. Criss is a coffee shop. No choice but to wait, we can't get out of line.

Hello Tim Hortons I've been here several times and we often forget several times to add my potato or something else to my order to correct please 🙏🏻 it would be very appreciated I would try to call you today but the line is always busy to warn you that you had forgotten my lunch potato in my order I know there are worse things than that but when I order something and the order is not complete it's normal that I have to warn

The worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to . The staff was fighting amongst each other . They made a mistake in the order I tried to correct them and they were just rude and impatient . Ended up not ordering everything we wanted took the wrong order and went somewhere else

1 person at the counter in front of me. 20 minute wait for 2 filter coffees and 2 muffins. Employees very interested in each other, but also in the customers. I recommend that you improve management. Or automate your services.
