30 min wait, did not receive the trio drink, I asked for a trio twice for my daughter, did not receive a trio. All the other customers also had very long waiting times or they had to go back and see where they were their order. I received my order before others who had been waiting for 30 minutes. A disappointing service if I could have given ZERO stars I would have done so. Error in the order, the employees were very disorderly in the orders. I really don't recommend this Tim Hortons.

Staff who took order was polite. She did not understand English but placed the order correctly. Only issue was that even though there supervisor noticed that customer were there to order, she made us wait for 3 4 minutes before telling staff to take order.
